A mini cast iron skillet is perfect for individual portions, side dishes, or serving appetizers. Like its larger counterpart, a properly seasoned mini cast iron pan will develop a natural nonstick surface through the polymerization of oils. The compact size makes it ideal for single-serving dishes, melting butter, toasting spices, or creating individual desserts.

Care and Maintenance
