The Best Sauté Pan

Living in a New York apartment, you have to optimize the number of pans and pots you have. This is one of only two pots I have that is non-stick, which is important for some dishes that you want to use a metal utensil to cook.

A versatile 3-quart sauté pan can take the place of a saucepan, frying pan, and boiling for smaller volumes of water.
