The Best Wire Rack

A steel cooling rack with a PFOA-free non-stick coating. Fits standard half sheet pans and works for both cooling baked goods and roasting in the oven.
The grid pattern provides good airflow. Oven safe up to 450°F.
Usage
Place baked goods on the rack right after removing from the oven so air can circulate underneath. For roasting, place the rack in a sheet pan to catch drippings.
Cleaning
Dishwasher safe. For stuck-on food, soak in warm soapy water before washing.
