An 11-inch balloon whisk with stainless steel wires and a non-slip handle. The balloon shape incorporates air efficiently for whipping cream and beating eggs.

The wires are sealed into the handle so food doesn’t get trapped.

Usage

Use for whipping cream, beating eggs, mixing batters, and emulsifying vinaigrettes. Use a circular motion in bowls or a figure-eight in pots.

Cleaning

Dishwasher safe. Make sure to remove all batter from between the wires before washing.
