Roy Choi Recipes

Roy Choi is a restauranteur based out of L.A. with restaurants in major cities across the west coast. He is famous for his Kogi Korean Taco truck, and popularized the gourmet food truck movement and modern Korean fusion style.

Roy Choi served as the food consultant for Jon Favreau’s 2011 movie Chef and now hosts The Chef Show with Jon Favreau on Netflix.
