An immersion blender like the Breville can serve a number of purposes and doesn’t take a lot of counter top space so it can fit a lot of needs in a small kitchen. You can use this one to chop vegetables, blend soups, or whisk batters. This is the best immersion blender I’ve used, because all of the food elements detach from the electrical elements so you can dishwash the important parts.
